I really like this quote.  I am just beyond tired of this idea that Natasha was some sort of rival for Tony’s affections.  She wasn’t, nor was she ever intended to be.  She was a woman whose role in the story was not romance.  This seems to be something that everyone involved in the production was quite clear on, but fans refuse to belief.  Even after we’ve all seen the movie — years ago!! — and the character had no interest in Tony, this idea is still so prevalent.  

Sometimes, women have other roles than to bang men!  Surprise!
